1. Cancellations


We will notify you with the time and date of your training and any preparation required in advance of
the course. On receipt of this notification please confirm your attendance. Failure to do so may result in
reallocation of the training to another student.

Please arrive for your course at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be
completed.

Late arrival may result in delayed training for the entire course and result in a later end time
in the day. Scrubs and closed toed shoes are required.

2. Deposits and payments


You will be charged a $1,200 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking which will apply to your
cost of the course. If you are unable to attend the course, please give at least 2 weeks’ notice and we
can roll over your deposit to a later training; however, deposits are non-refundable. This applies to all
training classes including private courses.

• Credit and Debit Cards
• Cashier’s Check

Payment timeline: Booking deposit: $1,200
Day 1 of training: remaining balance due
